Create-Connect Workshop Series
Teen Blacksmiths Workshop
Thursday, July 23 from 12 Noon until 3 pm
This class will invite teens to learn historic blacksmithing techniques in a historic setting. Everyone will get to make several small, hands-on projects, such as small cuff bracelet, dinner triangle, or hooks. Begin by learning about proper safety in a workshop environment.
All costs of materials are included in the cost of the class.
Please bring heavy work gloves, eye protection, and water bottle. Close toed shoes are recommended.

Ages 13 and up
Fee: $65 per person, MCHS members get 15% off.
Check in at the McAllister House Welcome Center 15 minutes before the program begins. Your workshop fee also includes general admission for the day! Registration is required at least 10 days prior to the workshop.
