Feel the heat of the blacksmith’s forge. Take your turn at a bit and brace at the Carpentry Shop. Smell the products of the leather shop. Take on the job of the printer’s apprentice. You can experience all this and more during Trades Thursdays. Our trades craftsmen open their shops to share their tools and talents of their trade from 10 am to 2 pm each Thursday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Trade demonstrations and availability will vary by week. Not all trades will take place each week.

Trades Thursday is included in daily admission to the museum.
